Before Your Appointment

• All signers must be present, and have an unexpired drivers license, state issued photo ID, or passport present at the signing. Pictures of your ID can't be accepted.
   

• If your document needs witnesses, please ensure they are present. I can provide witnesses for $25 each.
   

• I love animals, but if your pets are not friendly, please ensure they are secured before my arrival.
   

• It is recommended customers bring their documents. I can print your document if needed. It is 15¢ per page for black & white text documents, or 25¢ per page for documents with images.

• I reserve the right to refuse a notarization if it violates state law, the signer does not have the mental capacity to understand the document, or they are being coerced.
