Before Your Appointment

All signers must be present, and have an unexpired drivers license, state issued photo ID, or passport present at the signing. Pictures of your ID can't be accepted.
 

If your document needs witnesses, please ensure they are present. I can provide witnesses for $25 each.
 

I love animals, but if your pets are not friendly, please ensure they are secured before my arrival.
 

It is recommended customers bring their documents. I can print your document if needed. It is 15¢ per page for black & white text documents, or 25¢ per page for documents with images.
 

I can only notarize documents in West Virginia & Ohio. If you are in Kentucky, you would need to cross over into West Virginia or Ohio, or schedule an online notary appointment.
 

I reserve the right to refuse a notarization if it violates state law, or the signer does not have the mental capacity to understand the document they are signing.
