A few simple steps will help ensure your appointment goes smoothly.

What To Bring
Valid Identification

All signers must have an unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state-issued ID, or passport. Photos or photocopies of identification cannot be accepted.

Your Documents

Please have your documents ready and completed when I arrive. Do not sign documents requiring notarization beforehand.

Need something printed? Printing is available for an additional fee:

• 15¢ per page — black & white text

• 25¢ per page — documents containing images

Who Needs to Be Present
All Signers & Required Witnesses

All individuals who need to sign must be present for the notarization.

If your document requires witnesses, please arrange to have them present. Witnesses may also be available for $25 each.

A Comfortable Appointment

Please secure unfriendly pets

I love animals! However, for everyone's safety, please secure pets that may be nervous, aggressive, or uncomfortable around visitors before the appointment.

Important Notary Requirements

A notary may be required to decline a notarization when the requested act does not comply with applicable law or when the signer does not appear to have the required capacity to understand the transaction.
