Travel Fees (From my residence in Huntington)

5 Miles or Less: $15.00

5-10 Miles: $20.00

10-20 Miles: $25.00

20+ Miles: $35.00 + $1.00 for each mile over 20 Miles

Per Signature - $5.00

Other Fees

Large Medical Facilities: $20

Divorce Packet: $30

New Years Day/Thanksgiving Day/Christmas Day: $25.00

Late Fee: $1.00 per minute after 5 minutes*

I-9 Employment Form: $20

Early Mornings (6am-8am): $10

Printing: 15¢ per page for black & white text documents, or 25¢ per page for color or documents with images.

We may be able to provide witnesses if needed. Is dependent on their availability.

First Responders, Veterans and Active Military receive a 20% discount on notary services. Must provide proof.

Hospice care patients through Hospice of Huntington within Cabell County receive free notary services.
