Once a package has been handed over to the selected carrier, all responsibility for the shipment rests with the carrier.

All documents shipped by Mountaineer Mobile Services will include tracking information, which will be provided to the recipient upon shipment. While we will assist in working with the carrier in the event of a lost shipment, we are not financially responsible for any documents lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
